Death Cafe

Are you looking for a safe place to talk about death or dying with others? Join us once a month on Monday evenings to discuss death. This discussion group has no agenda, objectives or themes and is not a bereavement or support group. The group’s goal is “to increase awareness of death with a view towards helping people make the most of their (finite) lives.” Visit deathcafe.com to learn more or stop in at the library.

Adult Movie Night

Join us the second Tuesday of each month for an adults-only movie. Movie titles to be announced. Viewing begins promptly at 6:00 PM each night.

Seniors’ Easter Tea

Visit the library for a light lunch, yummy Easter treats, and an afternoon of choir music, visiting, and Easter cheer.

Tuesday, March 20th from 12:00 – 2:00 PM


String Art Craft for Adults

The library will be hosting an adult crafting session during our family movie. Learn how to create a beautiful piece of art using string, wood, nails and a hammer. Call or visit the front desk to register.

Garden Talk

Arbor Greenhouse is visiting the Wetaskiwin Public Library to talk about gardening! Get ready for spring and learn about plants. Together we will find our green thumbs! Cookies and beverages provided.
